Gait trainer that helps children with disability stay motivated throughout their rehabilitation.
This trainer was made specifically for a seven year old kid with cerebral palsy whose condition allowed him to walk while being slightly supported by an adult person.
I set an average height (123cm), the gait trainer can be additionally adjusted so it is suitable for 7-9 year olds.

I have worked with a rehabilitation centre and the knowledge and insight I gained has helped me form a path to follow in my design process. With the professionals there I discussed the physical therapy and rehabilitations they do with clients, we talked about the flaws and drawbacks of current assistive technology and what can be worked on and improved. In the end we brainstormed a bunch of additive systems such as seating, adjustable weight or breaks and resistance of the wheels.
Both pedals and ergonomic seating can be removed and height adjustable parts will be suitable for 7-9 year old kids.
